Well, I suppose for this year it's all Christmas Markets and the New Year's Eve fireworks
at Brandenburg Gate ... have fun :-
Coming up ... Dollgow Harvest Festival in Sept.. attracts loads of visitors. Plenty
to do all day -
Rheinsberg Pottery Market in April and October.
Maharishi Gandharva Veda concerts whenever we can.
Throughout the summer months there is usually a local festival of some kind and many

The main festivals are:-
“Waldfest” in Menz (usually early July),
Mediaeval festival in Zernikow (also early July)
Brandenburger Wasserfest, Fürstenburg – usually in July
“Maulbeerfest” in Zernikow (revolves around mulberry trees, silk, silkworms etc.) July
Stechlinsee Festival in Neuglobsow on August
The Harvest Festival in Dollgow is also really well organised. September
Gutengermendorf Horse & Pony Fair on October
The old brickworks museum in Mildenberg has lots of well attended events throughout the year.
And a bit further away but worth a visit …..
Flößerfest Lychen in July or thereabouts … wooden rafts out on the lakes
Rheinsberg has an ever growing pottery market with exhibitors stands out on the streets – October as well as many musical events (usually opera and classical – sometimes out on the lake) as well as a yearly “Musikmeile” where around 10 different bands play at various locales.

Most of the towns on the lakes have Harbour Festivals – Zehdenick is usually pretty good but I missed it this year – it was back in May.
